Event Format

  • 4 person scramble

  • Dinner included for all players

  • Prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners, Most Honest, and Special Features, including the Longest Drive and Closest to Pin.

It is time for the Smith Dairy Queens, Ltd. 19th annual Golf Tournament benefiting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals®. Join us in helping to ensure that all children continue to get the medical attention needed to sustain a healthy and happy life. Your response and donation is greatly appreciated and without your support, we cannot make this event possible.

 

Eight years ago, Smith Dairy Queens renamed our annual golf tournament in honor of Terry Omar Smith. Terry, who passed away March 8, 2011, was devoted to giving back to the community, especially to Children's Miracle Network. The Smith family wishes to continue in Terry's footsteps.

  • Company logo deadline for Banners and Shirts:  August 30, 2019

  • For Special Event rate, hotel reservations must be made by:  Friday, September 5, 2019

  • Registration deadline for players:  September 1, 2019

  • Auction Items and Goodie Bag Items must be received by:  September 14, 2019
